Plymouth: Hearings continue for sluggish Pilgrim Plant relicensing

For five years a homegrown movement has stalled the relicensing of Plymouth’s nuclear power plant. This week saw more hearings–and WATD’s Katherine Perry was there to find out where exactly in the apparently unending process the license stands, and had a chance to speak with the woman who has become an unlikley thorn in the nuclear industry’s side.
