W. Bridgewater town election: Voters re-elect town’s two incumbents

Good weather and a nearly-uncontested election resulted in a low election turnout in West Bridgewater on Saturday.

Just 846 voters cast ballots, re-electing both incumbents in the only two contested races in the town.

Eldon Moreira will continue his service on the Board of Selectmen, getting 450 votes over challenger Jonathan Ames…who got 392 votes.

On the Board of Assessors, incumbent Robert Lundin received 468 votes over challenger Gerald Stetson’s 367 votes.

All other positions on the town ballot were unopposed.
