Kingston: 66-year-old man killed in car crash

A 66-year-old Kingston man died in a motor vehicle accident at 171 Pembroke Street just after 9:00pm Monday night. The unnamed driver was taken to Jordan Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

When police arrived they found a 2001 Cadillac that had gone out of control. The car had left the roadway, rolled down a hill and hit a tree.  The accident remains under investigation but police do not believe that speed or alcohol were factors in the crash.
