State police are continuing their investigation into a rollover crash Tuesday night just before 7:00 that shut down the southbound side of Interstate 495 in Raynham for more than two hours.
The driver, who was ejected from the vehicle, a 2004 Isuzu Rodeo, was pronounced dead at Morton Hospital in Taunton.
He has been identified by police as 21 year old Kristian Joel Rose, Junior, of Wareham.
Witnesses told state troopers investigating the accident that a silver pickup truck seemed to be following the Isuzu Rodeo in an aggressive manner just before the crash, and may have cut off the driver, causing him to roll over his vehicle.
Troopers later located and arrested the operator of the pickup truck in Halifax, charging him with operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
He is identified as 48 year old Michael Davis.
Police are still trying to determine what role he may have played in the fatal accident.
