Brockton: Ballots set for preliminary elections

The slate for Brockton’s fall elections is officially set.

Gwendolyn Garvin will appear at the top of the mayoral ballot, followed by incumbent Linda Balzotti and Ronald Matta.

Topping the ballot for Brockton School Committee is six-term member Janice Beyer, followed by Joao Rosa and Anthony Donegan.

The preliminary election September 20^th will narrow each race to two candidates who will square off in the November 8^th general election, which will also feature a contested race for Councilor-at-Large and Ward 3 city councilor.
