Marshfield: Special town meeting date set for model high school proposal

The Marshfield Board of Selectmen have approved dates for not only one, but two special town meetings this fall.

The first meeting will focus on traditional fall town meeting business and will take place October 24. The warrant will for that meeting will open on September 12 and close September 22.

The school building committee wanted to have a second special town meeting, after the Massachusetts School Building Authority met on November 16.

Selectmen have scheduled the second town meeting  for November 17 , which will feature proposals for the construction of a new model high school.
