Massachusetts: Deadline for voters to register for Nov. 8th elections

Wednesday marks the deadline to register to vote in the November 8th elections being held in 53 communities throughout the state of Massachusetts.

Secretary of State Bill Galvin says voter registration ends at 8 p.m. sharp on Wednesday. Locally, Braintree, Brockton, Quincy, and Weymouth will hold elections on November 8th.

Galvin says, by registering you will also be registered to vote in the March 6th presidential primary. He also notes, if you have a serviceman or woman in your family a relative may register them.

To register, head to your Town or City Clerk’s office–the election office will be open until 8 p.m.
