Kingston: Two men being arraigned on drug charges

Two Kingston men are being arraigned in Plymouth District Court on drug charges after a routine visit by a probation officer.

On Tuesday, a probation officer from Plymouth District Court visited 8 Braintree Avenue in Kingston to see 23 year-old Kyle Foster.

The probation officer saw what he thought was a quantity of heroin and called Kingston Police.

Police found heroin as well as a scale and some cash during a search of the home.

Foster was arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute heroin, conspiracy to violate drug laws and knowingly being present where heroin is kept.

Also placed under arrest was 20 year old Mitchell Bain of Kingston. He’s charged with possession of heroin, conspiracy to violate drug laws and knowingly being present where heroin is kept.
