Whitman: Police search for suspects in home invasion

A Thanksgiving weekend home invasion has left a Whitman family feeling thankful to be alive.

It happened shortly before 10:30 p.m. on Friday.

Police were called to the home at 8 Fox Hill Run on a report of a burglary in progress, and found four men inside with their hands tied.

At least two suspects, described as dark-skinned men, took several items from the house before making their getaway in a stolen brown 2000 Chevrolet Blazer.

Two of the victims were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
