Quincy: Bank of Canton robbed

A bank robbery occurred in Quincy on Thursday afternoon.

Quincy police say that at around 1:30 p.m. Thursday a man entered the Bank of Canton on Quincy Ave. and passed the teller a bag. There was no mention of a weapon. The suspect fled on foot and a police canine was called in to to track him, but found no trail.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 25 years old, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and khaki pants.
