Bridgewater: Not much enthusiasm ahead of town elections

It appears a lack of interest is the most interesting thing so far, as Bridgwater prepares for its annual election in April.

Nomination papers have been available for one month, but three elected positions remain open, and another seven elections stand to be uncontested.

The town website says no one has pulled papers to serve on the housing authority or the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional District School Committee.

There are also open seats on the library Board of Trustees.
