Stoughton: Sex offender apparently strikes again

A sex offender from Bridgewater is behind bars again after allegedly exposing himself to a woman in Stoughton.

Police arrested Ariel Wiggins, who’s registered as a Level Two offender, following a chase through Faxon Veterans Memorial Park.

Wiggins was convicted in 2005 of forcing his way into a Quincy apartment and touching a woman inappropriately.
