East Bridgewater: Two races decided at Saturday’s election

Only about 1200 registered voters in East Bridgewater – about 14% – showed up at the polls on Saturday.

Assistant Town Clerk Dina Livingston defeated Town Moderator Robert Looney, 876-331, for the post of Town Clerk.

Current Town Clerk Marcia Weidenfeller had announced her retirement earlier this year.

Voters re-elected George McCabe Jr. to the School Committee.

Heather Graham defeated Alexander McKinnon for the second seat on the School Committee.
