During executive session at last night’s Plymouth Selectmen’s meeting, Town Manager Mark Stankiewicz submitted his resignation for personal reasons.

Assistant Town Manager Melissa Arrighi will fill in temporarily until the board makes a decision on what to do to replace Stankiewicz on a permanent basis.

Stankiewicz’s contract with the town was due to expire later this year.
