Perfect Meatballs




1 1/4 pounds Angus premium ground beef
4 ounces homemade breadcrumbs
4 ounces imported Romano cheese
4 tablespoons parsley
1/2 tablespoons black pepper
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Put your ground beef in a mixing bowl. Then blend in the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder and salt, mixing well. Add the eggs and water. Mix well. The consistency should be a little sticky.
Put the vegetable oil in a small bowl. Dip your hands into the oil so the meat mixture does not stick to your hands.
Pluck a bit of meat mixture out of the bowl and begin rolling meatballs. Make all the meatballs then cook them.

If you want to bake them, put them on a tray in a 350° oven. If you want to fry them, be sure to heat the fry pan thoroughly and put a little oil in it to prevent sticking.
Remember to always turn the meatballs so they cook evenly, being sure to cook the meatballs all the way through.
