Massachusetts: DPH asks residents to prepare for, possibly, unusually active tick season

April showers bring May flowers– and, unfortunately, they also bring another spring crop: ticks. And this year the region is bracing for the possibility of a larger than usual influx of the dangerous pests. But why?
