Red Sox: Sox beat Orioles 6-5

The Boston Red Sox beat the Baltimore Orioles 6-5 yesterday. Daniel Nava and Kelly Shoppach hit sixth-inning homers to turn a tie game in Boston’s favor and the Red Sox withstood two home runs by Nick Johnson. Scott Podsednik also homered for the Sox. The Sox open up a 7 game homestand tomorrow starting with Tampa Bay for 3 games and then Detroit for 4 games.
