Kingston: Neighbors complain of wind turbine noise

The town of Kingston has leased the land that holds the big wind turbine visible off Route 3. Real estate developer Mary O’Donnell owns another three turbines visible from the Kingston mall. Neighbors claim, whether or not they can see them, they can hear them. They’ve organized, hired an attorney and asked the town to do something. The Kingston Zoning Board heard all sides Wednesday night.
