Chef Gordon Ramsay, known for his role in the reality shows “Hell’s Kitchen” and “Kitchen Nightmares” made a surprise appearance at WATD-FM in Marshfield on Wednesday morning.
Ramsay and his production crews arrived around 11 a.m. to begin filming a portion of an episode for “Kitchen Nightmares” with Chef Gordon Ramsay on Fox Television.
The Olde Hitching Post in Hanson is the subject of the episode–no word yet on a possible airing date.
Ramsay spoke with Managing Editor Christine James, and Mid-day host Cathy Dee about The Olde Hitching Post and took calls from listeners who sharedtheir experiences at the restaurant and recommendations for improvements.
It is believed that a portion of the segment that was filmed inside the Marshfield studios may be featured in the episode.
