Celtics re-sign Bass, add Terry

(AP) – The Celtics have resigned forward Brandon Bass and added former Mavericks shooting guard Jason Terry. Terry reportedly agreed to a three-year deal for $15 million. Both pacts are waiting for the NBA’s moratorium on free-agent signings to be lifted next week.
