Rockland: Man injured in motorcycle crash

One person was taken to the hospital after a motorcycle crash in Rockland on Monday afternoon.

Rockland Police Lt. Nick Zeoli says that at around 1 p.m. Monday they received numerous 911 calls of a motorcycle crash around at 820 Market Street (Route 139), in front of Go Go Gas station.

Lt. Zeoli says that, according to witnesses, two motorcycles attempted to drive around a vehicle driven by a 43-year-old Canton woman, when the vehicle turned right into one of the motorcycles.

The driver of one of the motorcycles was injured and transported by a Rockland ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Lt. Zeoli says that no charges will be filed against either driver.
