Patriots: New England aims to improve linebackers’ play

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — Improving linebackers’ play has been a key focus at training camp for the Patriots, who have a dozen of them in camp this summer. During the offseason, New England brought in two free agents — Trevor Scott and Bobby Carpenter — and spent a first-round draft pick on Dont’a Hightower out of Alabama.
