Red Sox: Suzuki and Hiroki lead Yankees to victory, taking two of three from Boston in series

NEW YORK (AP) — The New York Yankees beat the Boston Red Sox 4-1 last night. Ichiro Suzuki homered twice and Hiroki Kuroda pitched eight innings of four-hit ball to lead the Yankees to victory. Derek Jeter had three hits and scored twice for New York, who took two of three from Boston despite playing the entire series without slugger Mark Teixeira.
