Bridgewater: Police eyeing suspects in Sunday’s ‘explosives incident’

Bridgewater Police say they have identified a few potential suspects in an incident Sunday, when a man reported to police that someone had thrown several explosive devices on his front lawn early that morning.

Bridgewater Police Lt. Thomas Schlatz declined to identify the suspects, or release their ages.

Lt. Schlatz says police and fire responded to 7 Grange Court at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday after the homeowner called police. Lt. Schlatz says approximately six “devices” were thrown on the lawn–five of which exploded.

Lt. Schlatz says authorities are still investigating the effects the explosives could have had; he says no injuries were reported.
