Police are asking the public’s help as they investigate an armed robbery in West Bridgewater.
It happened at the Family Dollar store on N. Main St.
Police told WATD a clerk called 911 at approximately 9:30 p.m. Saturday, saying the suspect smashed-in the door and robbed the store at gunpoint.
The suspect is described as a black man, 6’-1”, 195-200 lbs., wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, jeans and boots, with a blue bandana over his face.
The robber made off with an unknown amount of cash, and investigators said the store manager was going to turn over surveillance video.
