South Shore: Sandy prompts schools to close

The severe weather expected from Hurricane Sandy prompted some South Shore communities to cancel school for Monday.
As of late Sunday afternoon, public schools in Marshfield, Rockland, Cohasset, and Bourne announced that they would not be in session the following day, nor will those in the Silver Lake Regional district.
