Cape Cod: Two Brockton women arrested

Two young Brockton women were arrested on Cape Cod over the weekend.

A car driven by 23-year-old Marissa DeVincent was pulled over on Route 6A in Yarmouthport at around 1:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Police say the vehicle’s headlights were off and the tail-lights were broken.

DeVincent is charged with drunk driving and operating a motor vehicle with defective equipment.

Her passenger, 21-year-old Ashley Stevens, was arrested on two outstanding warrants out of Brockton District Court.

DeVincent will be in Barnstable District Court on Monday.
