Brockton: Another home invasion has police on the hunt

Police are searching for suspects following Brockton’s fourth home invasion in a month, and the third in just the past week.

At least four armed and masked men entered the home on Prospect St. on Friday night.

Authorities said that at least one person was taken to a hospital after being beaten with a baseball bat.

A toddler in the home was not hurt.

A home invasion last Thursday on Appleton St. in Brockton left three people injured, and last Tuesday, three men robbed a home on Glendale Ave. and shot a dog in the leg.

It’s unclear whether the crimes are linked.
