Carver: Man awaits judge on second D.U.I. arrest in three days

A Carver man has a date with a judge, following his second drunk-driving arrest in three days.

51-year-old Kevin Smith was taken into custody last Wednesday afternoon and was also charged with domestic assault.

It turned out he was wanted for a previous drunk-driving charge out of Plymouth District Court.

On Saturday, Carver police pulled Smith over on Main St. for driving with a suspended license, and said he was intoxicated again and had open alcohol containers in his vehicle.

Smith will appear in  Wareham District Court on Monday.
