Steven Cappellini of Hanson is being charged with disturbing a public assembly, assault and battery on a public official, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60.
In a video of the explosive meeting obtained by WATD, Cappellini is seen overturning a table that the three-members of the Hanson Board of Health were sitting at, immediately after the board cast a vote to seek legal counsel to deal with the authority of the Hanson Town Administrator.
Also in the video, the 59-year-old is seen pointing his finger at the Board of Health Chair Tom Constantine while saying, “I’ll kill you someday”.
Cappellini was originally scheduled to be arraigned last week but will go before a Plymouth District Court judge Tuesday.
