Marshfield: Fire crews knock down kitchen fire

Marshfield fire crews quickly knocked down a one alarm fire at a house on Tea Rock Lane.

The fire broke out just after 10:30 a.m. in the stove in the kitchen of the 2-1/2 story house.

When fire crews arrived, smoke was showing from the second floor.

Once the fire was put out, the building inspector and electrical inspector were called in.

No injuries were reported.
