Brockton: Gunshot victim testifies in the trial of Richard Boucher Jr.

Testimony concluded Thursday in the trial of Richard “Ricky” Boucher Jr.

Boucher allegedly opened fire on two men in 2010 at a house party in North Plymouth. The last witness who testified in the trial was a man who survived the shooting, 20-year-old Jackson Duncan of Plymouth.

Boucher is facing multiple charges including murder and illegal possession of a firearm with ammunition.
