25-year-old David Dorato of 109 Reed Street, Rockland and 24-year-old Kyle Regan of 115 Pond Street, Rockland were arraigned Monday on charges of dissemination or possession of obscene material, dissemination of visual material of child in a state of nudity, and possession of child pornography.
Cell phones, desktop, and laptop computers were collected as part of evidence.
The men were arrested Friday by Rockland police in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security Cyber Crime Task Force after a search warrant was executed at Regan’s residence.
