Rockland: Alleged prostitute arrested twice in less than a year as a result of undercover sting

27-year-old Alison Hunter awaits trial after being arrested and then released on bail, according to Rockland police.

Lieutenant Nick Zeoli said they recently conducted an investigation into illegal prostitution, “The Rockland Police Department was working in conjunction with the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure. Part of that investigation, we received information that there was a resident of Rockland who was offering massage services by way of the internet that were not sanctioned by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.”

But it was also learned that sex acts were being offered as part of the massage fee. A Rockland police investigator went undercover and met with the female resident, who turned out to be Hunter. Hunter allegedly offered sex acts to the undercover investigator and was then arrested.

“This is the 2nd time that Ms. Hunter has been arrested for this offense. Back in April of 2012 a similar investigation was conducted and she was arrested as well,” said Lieutenant Zeoli

Both times, an undercover investigator met Hunter at her Rockland home on Franklin Street.
