Abington: Police ask public for help finding armed robbery suspects

Abington police are looking for help finding suspects in an armed robbery earlier this week.

Police say that at around 10:30 p.m. Monday night two men robbed a clerk at the Dairy Queen on Centre street at gunpoint .

Police describe one of the men as a 25-35 yr old Hispanic male, 180-200 lbs, wearing a dark puffy jacket, jeans, dark low-top sneakers, winter hat and gold chain around his neck. The victim stated the man had crooked teeth and old acne scars on his face.

Police say the vehicle used in the robbery may be a brown/tan early 2000 Chevy Blazer. Police are asking residents if they know anyone matching that description who could be involved– you can report a tip at by calling the anonymous tip line 781-878-0100.
