Plymouth: Sight of homeowner scares off intruder

An unknown man attempted to break into a Bayden Path home Friday afternoon.

The suspect, described as a white male in his twenties, opened the rear slider door but the homeowner was inside and walked into the room where the suspect was trying to enter.

According to Plymouth Police Captain John Rogers, the suspect was startled and immediately fled on foot.

A K-9 was used to assist in the search of the suspect but the man was not found.

The investigation is ongoing.
