A few weeks back personal coach Nancy asked me if I could come in one hour early for my Friday session because of a staff meeting that had been scheduled. No problem. I walked in the next day and I saw what the staff meeting was about: the Hanover fitness center picked up three impressive company awards!! Laura is their accountant/bookkeeper and she won an excellence award. Jon won trainer of the year! And Pam one The President’s Award, a top award in the company, for all her hard work! Congratulations team – I’m so very proud of everyone!
Pam has been with the gym for nearly a year now, and she’s really made great strides at the gym. The other day as I was concentrating on my rowing I realized something: Healthtrax is more than a gym, it’s a community. And you can feel it. People wave and smile at one another, they stop and ask how you’re doing. The ladies at the front desk always notice when I come in several days in a row and they congratulate me. The other trainers like Glen and Lucy always say hi and say keep up the good work. It’s a real team environment, and from sales person to life long member everyone is positive and always makes time for a wave and a smile.
I’m part of a community. It feels really good. It’s an award-winning community too! The effort Laura, Jon, Pam and others make really shows and it inspires the entire team.
Something else I’ve grown to appreciate and love…the monthly newsletters that I receive from Healthtrax with great tips and words of advice on healthy living. The email helps me stay connected to what’s going on at the gym too. Today’s email talks about new group and aqua classes, but it also talks about new equipment and a new group exercise room that’s coming soon. Exciting! Can’t wait to see even more great changes a Healthtrax of Hanover.
