Quincy: Questions about aircraft remain unanswered

A peculiar aircraft is raising eyebrows in the City of Quincy but a lot of questions remain unanswered.

The low-flying aircraft has been circling overhead in Quincy for nearly two weeks from dusk to dawn.

The Federal Aviation Administration says they’re aware of the aircraft. FAA spokesman Jim Peters says it’s an authorized flight and they’re not releasing any other information.

The Quincy Police Department is also keeping mum about the aircraft other than saying it was authorized by the FAA.

WATD has reached out to the Quincy City Council in hopes of learning more.
