Brockton: Man accused in fatal crash seeking dismissal of charges

A Brockton man accused of killing a woman during a high-speed police chase last fall now wants the charges dropped.

Authorities say Antwoin Moore caused the eight-car crash that killed Anne Kotsiopoulos.

Moore’s lawyer says he plans to contest whether the evidence against his client supports charges of second-degree murder and vehicular homicide.

Moore is facing a slew of other charges including manslaughter, leaving the scene of personal injury or death, assault with a dangerous weapon, and driving with a suspended license.

He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
