Middleboro: Accidents send victims to hospital

Two weekend accidents in Middleboro helped keep authorities busy.

The first happened shortly after noon on Saturday, when a man riding a scooter was hit by a car on Rte .105/S. Main St. near Dunkin’ Donuts, according to what police told WATD.

The unidentified man was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car wasn’t hurt.

Later in the afternoon, a motorcycle and a car collided on Rte. 44 at the intersection of Everett St.

One person was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
