Plymouth: Police seek attacker

Plymouth Police are looking for a young man who assaulted a woman on Royal Street Tuesday evening. The woman parked her car on Royal Street to go to the Hess station convenience store on the corner of Samoset Street at 5:30. She walked back to her car and when she opened the door, a man pinned her between the door and the car. He demanded money. She refused. He grabbed her and beat her with a closed fist until she fell to the pavement. He fled, having gotten no money.

Police describe the man as white, in his late teens or early 20s, tall, thin, with long black hair, last seen wearing baggy clothes. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Plymouth Police Department.
