Middleboro: Suspect in stabbing to go before judge

A Middleboro man will appear in court Monday, charged with attempted murder in connection with a weekend stabbing.

Police say the unidentified victim was attacked by Braulio DeJesus near the suspect’s N. Main St. home Saturday afternoon.

The other man, also from Middleboro, was stabbed several times, but went home because he didn’t know how badly he was hurt.

He was later taken to South Shore Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A search of DeJesus’ home uncovered two knives and other evidence.

Two years ago he was the subject of a nationwide manhunt in connection with another stabbing, and was arrested in Connecticut.

He’s due to appear in Wareham District Court.
