Three people are under arrest today in Weymouth, accused of both a house break in and drug dealing. 41 year old John Burke of Quincy, 34 year old Jamie Burke of Hull and 48 year old Elaine Kropas from Weymouth are all being accused of playing a part in a house break-in on Tuesday on Middle Street. A witness noticed the license plate and called police.

Police say they saw the trio with a seven year old boy today as they solicited money for the child’s cancer treatment, and then conduct a drug deal. Police say they then arrested the three, and later determined the child doesn’t have cancer. DCF has been notified, and the three were arraigned earlier today. John and Jamie Burke were held without bail and Kropas is being held on $540 bail.
