A rollover accident just after 11:00 p.m. Friday on Harvard Street in East Bridgewater sent two Brockton residents to the hospital. 42 year-old Kenneth Nash was driving a Dodge Durango when he apparently lost control causing the vehicle to roll over and then strike two utility poles. Nash suffered a head injury in the accident. His passenger, 42 year-old Tina Nash, suffered just minor injuries. Both were taken by ambulance to Brockton Hospital. According to East Bridgewater Police, when the vehicle hit one of the utility poles, some wires fell, making contact with the car, causing it to catch on fire. According to the Patriot Ledger, police believe that alcohol may have been a factor in the crash. Charges are expected to be filed against Kenneth Nash, but, for now, the accident remains under investigation. Electricity was knocked out to the immediate area and the road was shut down for several hours after the crash.

About David Skill

Dave Skill’s radio career began in the fall of 1964 when he arrived on the campus of Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. Dave barely got his bags unpacked when he paid a visit to WCHC, the campus radio station. And, before he knew it, he was spending so much time as a disc jockey and news writer/reporter, it seemed like he was majoring in “radio” and minoring in academics at “The Cross”. As you might imagine, his grades reflected it! During his junior and senior years, he also worked weekends in news and as a disc jockey at WNEB, the CBS radio affiliate in Worcester at the time.
