Bridgewater: Residents gather for State of the Town address

The town of Bridgewater’s State of the Town address is tonight (Tuesday).

The annual meeting gives residents a chance to hear about the town’s finances as town leaders meet to discuss the strengths and challenges that lie ahead. Town Manager Michael Dutton and Town Council President Timothy Fitzgibbons will outline the town’s upcoming agenda and plans for the new year. Bridgewater State University President Dana Mohler-Faria and Jacqueline Forbes, the superintendent of the Bridgewater-Raynham Regional school district, also are on the agenda.Tonight’s meeting will be held on the campus of Bridgewater State University in the Conant Science Building at 48 Park Avenue. The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.

Dave Skill’s radio career began in the fall of 1964 when he arrived on the campus of Holy Cross College in Worcester, MA. Dave barely got his bags unpacked when he paid a visit to WCHC, the campus radio station.
