Cohasset: Town swears in new town manager

Cohasset swore in a new town manager during a ceremony at the board of selectmen’s meeting Tuesday night.

Cohasset Town Clerk Carol St. Pierre administered the oath of office during a swearing in ceremony for new town manager Chris Senior, who said he has received a warm welcome from department heads and is off to a good start.

“I want to thank everybody for the welcome that I’ve had the last couple of weeks. People have been very open, very friendly and very accommodating. I met with folks from across the spectrum, literally – all of you (board of selectmen) obviously and staff, schools, historical society, housing authority, police, fire – really a wonderful cross section of people. Everyone I’ve met has said, “Welcome, thank you, how can I help you?” It’s really been a great experience,” Senior said.
