A 20-year-old Marshfield man was arraigned Monday after being arrested around 4:00 Saturday morning for an unsettling incident.

According to Marshfield Police Chief Phil Tavares:

“Marshfield police arrested 20 year old Kyle Ottomaniello of 1120 Ocean Street. He was charged with malicious destruction of property, lewd and lascivious conduct, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace”.

Chief Tavares says the people who called police thought it was strange that someone would be hanging around their car at that time of the morning:

“The people that called believed that their vehicle was being broken into as there was a male outside the vehicle. Upon arrival, the suspect had fled to a nearby house, and we conducted a thorough investigation”. Chief Tavares says it was disturbing what they found:

“This individual was found to have fondled himself leaving his semen on the door handle”.

Tavares says they have no other reports of similar incidents at this time, but anyone with other information is asked to call Marshfield Police at 781-834-6655.
