A 45-year-old man who was on the run from Louisiana was captured in Middleboro Thursday when police stopped the car his fiancée was driving because a tail light was out.

Before his capture Guillory was hiding out in a camper at 280 South St., Halifax. Lonergan said the fiancée was not charged, but warned to get the tail light fixed.

Guillory was arraigned on Thursday in Wareham District Court and held without bail at Plymouth House of Correction. His case will be heard again Friday.

Police Chief Bruce Gates said rendition proceedings are underway to return Guillory to Louisiana.
