Dedham: Accused child rapist in Weymouth to return to court

A food service worker at a Weymouth middle school will be back in court this week following her indictment on child rape charges.

36-year-old Janelle Foley of Weymouth is facing four counts of aggravated statutory rape.

She pleaded not guilty at her arraignment in January.

Prosecutors say Foley, who was employed at Chapman Middle School, had sex with a teenage boy around the holidays.

Foley, who has been free on bail and is required to wear a G.P.S. bracelet, will appear in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham on Wednesday.
