Marshfield: Woman charged with driving drunk with children in car

A Marshfield woman was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly driving drunk on Rt. 139 with two children in the car .

Marshfield police confirm 41-year Sheila Doyle of Parish Pathe was reported to police by another driver behind her SUV around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Doyle was alleged to be driving erratically and then struck a parked car and left.

Police attempted to stop her and Doyle reportedly refused to stop for officers and were only able to stop her after boxing in her vehicle on Ferry Street.

Police saw two children, ages 9 and 11, in the back seat; both were wearing seatbelts.

Doyle is facing several charges including OUI, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to stop, and child endangerment.
